Game ban
Today we face a threat to games greater than any dragon or mad scientist, I'm talking about the video game ban. the anti fun group, as i call them, are planning to get rid of games all together. there is a bill going through legislative that if passed will ban the sales of games with any violence to minors saying they cant decide for themselves. if this passes the anti fun group might find loop holes like Mario is on shrooms or something. Heres how dictionary.com defines art the quality, production, expression, or realm, according to aesthetic principles, of what is beautiful, appealing, or ofmore than ordinary significance. it doesn't say it has to be a book or a painting and this defines games for me. unfortunately the anti fun group doesn't see a group of artists, they see toy makers shipping things out to children but games aren't just for kids anymore there for adults too. Some games have been baned for things books have been written about. Ive got some questions for the anti fun group what makes Charlotte Doyle and Van Helsing different from Samus Aran and Simon Belmont, what makes Luke Skywaker and Indiana Jones different from Fox McCloud and Link, what makes Astro Boy and the flash different from Megaman and Sonic. I define them all under one word, ART
